Turkey Steaks in Ginger and Citrus
Relish the sharp flavors of ginger and citrus in this aromatic dish.

Ingredients
Corn flour: 2 tsp
Chives or parsley: snipped or chopped: 1 tbsp
Turkey breast: 300 g each: 4
Raw honey: 1 tsp
Extra-virgin olive oil: 1 tbsp
Ginger: fresh: grated: 1 tsp
Orange: peeled and segmented: 1
Pink grapefruit: peeled and segmented: 1
Method
- Heat oil in large skillet and sauté turkey steaks for approximately 4 minutes per side or until browned.
- Transfer to a plate.
- Mix honey and orange juice in a pan. Add ginger and bring to a boil.
- Mix corn flour with cold water and add to this sauce.
- Allow sauce to thicken to a syrupy consistency.
- Place turkey in steaks in sauce, layer with orange and grapefruit slices and heat through.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle it with parsley.
